is a non-profit Christian mission group co-founded by Allen.  A portion of all BH Construction profits are donated to EMR.  He personally enjoys traveling to Romania to serve those in need through delivering firewood door to door for heat and cooking, repairing homes, sharing the gospel, praying, and passing out Bibles.

Allen also serves on the Building Committees of Prestonwood Baptist Church, Plano, TX, Prestonwood North Campus Church, Prosper, TX, and serves as a Board Member on  Bridges Builders, Dallas, TX.
